November ’17 Wrap Up

Wrap Up

I have only managed to read two book-books this month. Continuing on to finish all of the released books in the Red Queen series, it only took me the entire month to get through Glass Sword and King’s Cage by Victoria Aveyard (Of which I have only reviewed Glass Sword).

I also binge read my way through quite a bit of the Attack on Titan manga after discovering the anime series and falling in love with it. I am now the proud owner of the first three Colossal Editions of the manga which, in total, binds up the first 15 volumes of the manga, and a absolutely adorable Cleaning Levi Funko Pop!

Book Haul

  1. Forest of a Thousand Lanterns by Julie C. Dao
  2. The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli
  3. Tokyo Ghoul Manga by Hajime Isayama (Volumes 1 – 5)
  4. Black Butler Manga by Yana Toboso (Volumes 1 and 2)

I was also super lucky to get my hands on an ARC of Furyborn by Claire Legrand (Thank-you so so much to Fairyloot for including a copy in their November box).

    1. It’s honestly one of those books where I think you just have to read it and see what you think yourself. I wasn’t a gigantic fan of the first two books but the third wasn’t bad. All of my friends think Red Queen is the bee’s knees but most of it just didn’t click with me. I would say give it a go (if you’re reading on a kindle or phone maybe get the free sampler) and if it doesn’t hook you in then I wouldn’t continue. Life’s too short to read books you don’t like ;D
